Conditions d'utilisation
Première version, publiée le 19 septembre 2026. Elle est en cours d'examen par nos conseils juridiques et peut encore changer.Ce document n'est publié qu'en anglais pour le moment. Une version française sera publiée ici.Before you read any further
These Terms were first published on 19 September 2026, and this is version 1.2. This document was read against Belgian and EU law on 24 September 2026 by our own legal function -- we have no outside counsel -- and this version makes every change that reading required. If you buy a ticket, our Terms of Sale and our Refund and Withdrawal Policy also apply and come first for that purchase. Ticket sales are open on one part of this platform: from 1 October 2026, organisers sell tickets for their events through Bicyr Cangor, under those documents. Nothing is sold elsewhere on the platform, and passes and memberships are not on sale. The sentence that names Bicyr Cangor was added in this version, on 1 October 2026, after that reading, and has not yet been read against the law in the same way.
1. Who we are, and what these Terms cover
These Terms govern your use of our websites and applications, including the event platform and the account service. By using them you agree to these Terms.
The platform is operated by Pilarres EOOD ("ПИЛАРРЕС" ЕООД), a single-member limited liability company entered in the Bulgarian Commercial Register under ЕИК (UIC) 208702712, VAT number BG208702712, with its registered office at гр. Пловдив 4000, р-н Централен, ул. 6-ти Септември № 152, Легис център, офис 3-8Б (ul. 6-ti Septemvri No. 152, Legis tsentar, ofis 3-8B, 4000 Plovdiv, Bulgaria). Telephone +32 485 02 94 23. E-mail info@bicyr.com.
We have not yet determined whether a Bulgarian company selling to Belgian consumers also needs an establishment or a representative in Belgium. If it does, we will publish a new version of this document and say what changed.
The contact details above are also our single point of contact for you and for authorities under the Digital Services Act. You can reach us at either of them, in Bulgarian or in English.
Bicyr, Cangor, Ami and Beyta are product names. Which company in our group owns the software and the trade marks is being settled and is not stated here.
2. Your account
You sign in with your e-mail address and a one-time code or link; there is no password. You may add two-factor authentication and backup codes. You are responsible for keeping your e-mail account and your device secure and for what is done in your session, and you can see and end your active sessions at any time.
We may suspend or close an account for a breach of these Terms, for fraud, or where the law requires it, and we will tell you why (section 5).
You may stop using your account and end all your sessions at any time. We are not going to call that closing it, because nothing in our systems currently deletes an account. If you want your data removed, ask us and a person will deal with your request by hand; our Privacy Policy explains exactly what that means today.
The minimum age for holding an account is not yet settled; see our Privacy Policy.
3. What you may not do
You must not use the platform to do any of the following:
— anything unlawful;
— resell a ticket above face value, resell tickets regularly, or resell before the official sale opens, or help anyone else do so, all of which Belgian law prohibits;
— publish content that is defamatory, infringing or discriminatory, or that misleads buyers about an event;
— scrape, probe or overload the platform, or interfere with tickets, door devices or credentials;
— use another person’s invitation link or session;
— send unsolicited messages through the platform.
4. Content organisers publish
Organisers and vendors publish event pages, listings, images and messages, and they are responsible for what they publish. You keep your rights in anything you publish and allow us to host and display it so that the platform works.
We do not check content before it is published and we are not obliged to monitor it. We are an intermediary under the Digital Services Act, and we do not present an organiser’s tickets as our own.
5. Illegal content, notices and our decisions
If you think something published here is illegal, tell us using the contact details in section 1, saying what the content is, where it is, why you think it is illegal, and how to reach you. We will acknowledge your notice and decide on it carefully, without arbitrariness and in good time, and we will tell you the outcome. We act on orders from Belgian and other authorities as those orders require.
Until a dedicated notice form exists -- and one is being put in place -- send your notice to the e-mail address in section 1, which reaches us.
What we can do about content or an account that breaks these Terms or the law is: remove or hide it, make it less visible, and suspend or end the account. We cannot hold or stop money already on its way to an organiser: payments go into the organiser’s own account with our payment provider and we have no control over their payouts. We say that plainly because our own earlier documents said otherwise and were wrong.
Whenever we restrict content or an account we will give the person affected a clear and specific statement of reasons: what we did, the facts and the ground we did it on, whether any automated means were used, and how to challenge it. The grounds we act on are illegal content, a substantiated notice of fraud, refusing or failing the verification an event’s money requires, and a breach of section 3.
You may challenge a decision by writing to us, and a person will review it. We offer that review voluntarily. As a micro or small enterprise we are, under the Digital Services Act, outside its further duties for online platforms and marketplaces (Articles 19 and 29), but the duties that apply to every intermediary and every hosting service apply to us in full.
6. Money on the platform
When you buy a ticket, your contract is with the organiser, your payment goes into the organiser’s own account with our payment provider, and refunds and disputes are the organiser’s. We keep only our platform fee, and it goes back with every refund.
We do not hold anyone’s money and we do not provide payment services ourselves; our payment provider does, under its own terms.
7. Accessibility
We build every surface a member of the public uses to meet WCAG 2.1 AA and EN 301 549, and we do not rely on the small-company exemption in the European Accessibility Act. Our accessibility statement, published as its own page and linked from the foot of every page, gives the information that law requires: what we aim for, how we test, and where we do not yet meet it.
If something here stops you using the platform, use the page "Report an accessibility problem", also linked from the foot of every page, or tell us by e-mail or on the telephone number in section 1. We will find another way to give you the service while we fix it.
8. Availability, changes and liability
We try to keep the platform available and do not guarantee that it always will be. Where a checkout has to be closed because something is wrong, it closes with an honest message rather than taking money, and a refund is never refused because a checkout is closed.
We may change the platform and these Terms. Changes are published here with their version and date, and where a change is important and you hold an account we will tell you before it takes effect.
We are responsible without limit for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, and for anything the law does not allow us to limit. Otherwise we are responsible to you for loss caused by our breaking these Terms or the law that was foreseeable when we broke them, and not for what organisers, vendors or other users do, for the events themselves, or for what others publish, except where the Digital Services Act makes us responsible.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Belgian law. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the EU or EEA, you keep the protections of your own country that cannot be contracted out of. You may bring proceedings either in the courts of the country where you live or in the courts of the country where we are established, and proceedings against you may be brought only in the courts where you live. Belgian consumers may use the Consumentenombudsdienst / Service de Médiation pour le Consommateur. The EU online dispute resolution platform no longer exists.
