If something on this site, or on any service we provide, stops you because of a disability or the way you use your device, this is how to tell us and what happens next. It is part of our accessibility statement, and it is a first version.
If something stops you
Write to info@bicyr.com with "Accessibility" in the subject. Say which page, what you were trying to do, and what happened. We acknowledge within 5 working days and give you a full answer within 20 working days. While we fix a problem, we will find another way to give you the service. You can also call us on +32 485 02 94 23, and ask us to read this statement to you.
If our answer does not resolve it
You can complain, free of charge, to the Federal Public Service Economy (FPS Economy), which supervises these requirements in Belgium (Code de droit économique, Art. XV.18/5). An organisation that defends the rights of persons with disabilities may complain on your behalf (Art. XV.18/6). If you live in another EU country, you can also contact the authority for accessibility in your own country.
